Arsenal kept a fifth consecutive away clean sheet as goals from Bukayo Saka, Kai Havertz and Leandro Trossard earned a 3-0 victory at Brighton to move them top of the Premier League table.
The Gunners were in control from the outset and took the lead in the 20th minute when Saka fired home from close range after a clever pass from Martin Odegaard.
Havertz doubled the lead just before half-time, heading home from a corner, and Trossard sealed the victory in the second half with a clinical finish after a fine run from Gabriel Martinelli.
The win takes Arsenal top of the table, two points ahead of Manchester City, who have a game in hand.
Brighton remain in ninth place after their third defeat in four games.
